Return Policy
We will accept returns on no sign of wear, dirt, cleaning, smoking, pets or use of any kind on the dress. We do not accept returns on own design gown. We will accept returns on merchandise that is damaged or defective. All returns must be within 7 days notice by Email or phone call of when the shipment was dropped off from the carrier. You must contact with us to have a return authorization before return it. All returned gowns will have a 40% restocking fee applied from the full purchase price of the gown. No manufacturer will take any gowns back from us so therefore we must have a 40% restocking fee. Once you have obtained a return authorization from us you have 5 business days to get the merchandise back to us. All returned packages must have a return authorization number on them. All the rush charge non-refundable if the dress arrival on time. All Shipping fees and return shipping charges are non-refundable.

Better Fit
The number one reason for a dress not working is FIT. So we recommend measure, measure and measure again! If you are not exactly match to the size chart shown on the website. Please choose a closest size when you place order online, and leave the actual measurements in our special instructions(the special instructions is in the 4th step of order procedures). We do not charge extra for the customer made size services. The customer made size dress is still returnable.

Canceled Orders
All the dresses(except the 30 days rush order) canceled after 2 days (48 hours) of the initial purchase will lose 30% of the Merchandise purchase price. Cancellation made within 2 days of order placed will receive 95% refund.(5% bank transaction fee is not refundable.
The rush order dress (30 days) canceled after 1 days (24 hours) will lose 30% of the Merchandise Purchase price.

Other Merchandise
We do not accept returns or exchanges on Veils, Gloves, Shawl, Accessories.

Dress Exchange
We will exchange for same style and color, different size for the dress. There is a 30% exchange fee plus shipping charges for return, and we can exchange (1) time only. The exchange requirements are basically the same as the return requirements above. You must contact us within (7) business days of delivery to request a Return Authorization Number. Gowns must be in original condition, absolutely no sign of wear or damage, tags, hanger and gown intact. Put the desired exchange size on it, with the Event Date. We can process your exchange AFTER we receive your original gown. We will contact you for payment of the exchange fee and shipping charges by e-mail or telephone. Once your fee is paid, we can then process your exchange order.

Return Procedure of General Product:
Refunds are issued in US Dollars. We are not responsible for the current currency exchange rate. Taxes, Duties, Tariffs and/or Brokerage Fees.
www.bigdaydress.com can not be held responsible for any additional charges such as taxes, duties, tariffs, or brokerage fees that may apply to international orders.

Shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
